New Year, New Folder

大家好！元旦快乐！！好久不见！！！
Hello! Happy New Year!! Long time no see!!!

先对大伙儿说声对不起！最近实在是太忙了，未来会越来越忙。最近几周（几个月）有很多投稿的作品都期限已过，真的是非常抱歉！在此再次感谢其他管理员帮忙打理一堆堆事儿，特别谢谢 C-YuanCheng 和 DrawHui！
Firstly, I must apologize! I have been, and will be, really busy. For the past weeks (months), many submissions have expired! Sorry! I want to take this moment to thank the other administrators for their continual efforts in the maintenance of this group! My gratitude goes especially to C-YuanCheng and DrawHui!

新的一年，总要有点变化，对吧对吧？所以我决定增加一个新的作品栏：
New year brings new change, and I wish to add a gallery folder for submission:

不是每一个作品都是一次成功的，有的时候有了大家的建议和意见，作品会变得更完美！在这里，所有的作品一律通过审核（当然不能有违规的），但是只有每个月才能加入一个新作品。
Not every masterpiece started off like that. Sometimes, with the feedback and suggestions from others, good will become better and better best. Here, all unfinished submissions (sticking to our guidelines) will be automatically approved, however, only one submission will be allowed each month.

大家如果要给建议多提些有用的哦！没啥想说的鼓励鼓励也可以啊！若有损人倾向可是会被踢出去的哦！
Please give constructive criticisms! If you don't have any, compliments and encouragements are more than welcome! Any foul play may result in you being kicked out!
